Terms of service

Last updated: September 24, 2026. By creating an account or using the Nexfiwi app you agree to these terms. Please read them before you pay for a plan.

1. The service

Nexfiwi ("we", "us") rents out hashrate on ASIC mining farms that we operate. You get a share of that computing power for the term of your plan, and the coins it mines are paid out to the wallet you link in the Nexfiwi desktop app.

The website is used for your account, plan and app download. Mining settings, wallets and payouts are managed in the desktop app, which runs on Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit).

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use crypto services where you live.
  • One person — one account. Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account. If you think someone else has access, contact support right away.
  • We will never ask for your password, private keys or seed phrase.

3. Free trial

Each new account can start one 7-day free trial. It needs no payment, ends on its own and does not turn into a paid plan. Creating extra accounts to get more trials is not allowed, and such accounts may be closed.

4. Plans and payment

  • Plans are sold for a fixed term: 7, 14 or 30 days. The current prices are shown on the site and in your account at checkout.
  • The plan price covers the whole term: hashrate, electricity, cooling, maintenance, pool fees and network fees on payouts.
  • You pay in crypto (BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, DOGE, USDT or USDC) to the address shown in the checkout window, then submit the transaction hash.
  • Each payment is checked on-chain before access is granted. Your plan starts once the payment is confirmed; if you already have an active plan, the new days are added to it.
  • Plans never renew automatically. We cannot charge you: crypto moves only when you send it.

5. Payment mistakes

Crypto transfers cannot be reversed. You are responsible for sending the right coin, on the right network, to the right address. If the amount is short, or the transfer was made on another network, the payment may not be credited. Contact support with the transaction hash and we will do what we reasonably can, but we cannot promise to recover funds sent incorrectly.

6. Refunds

Once a paid plan is active, its price is not refundable, because the hashrate is reserved for you for the whole term. If we are unable to provide the service because of a problem on our side, we will extend your plan for the time lost or refund the unused days.

7. Mining output and payouts

  • Mining output depends on coin prices, network difficulty and pool luck. We do not guarantee any income, and past or estimated results — including the calculator on this site — are not a promise of future results.
  • Payouts are sent to the wallet selected in the app. Check the address carefully: payouts sent to a wrong address you entered cannot be returned.
  • ETH and XRP cannot be mined, so payouts in these coins are converted from mined coins at the market rate.
  • Hardware may be serviced or replaced at any time. When a device is offline, we move your hashrate to working equipment where possible.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to break the law using the service, pay with funds obtained illegally, attack or overload our systems, try to access other people's accounts, or resell access without our written consent.

9. Suspension and closing accounts

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close an account without a breach on your part, we will refund the unused days of a paid plan.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Crypto prices are volatile and networks can change their rules. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, market losses, or losses caused by events outside our control, such as network failures, power outages or regulatory changes. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.

11. Not financial advice

Nothing on this site or in the app is investment, financial or tax advice. You are responsible for any taxes on the coins you receive.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for until its term ends.
