Sign up with your email — the 7-day free trial starts in one click. Download the Windows app from your account, sign in with the same email and password, link a payout wallet and press Start. The whole setup takes about five minutes.

From your account after you sign up. Mining, wallets and payouts all run in the desktop app; the website is only for your account, plan and the download. The app needs Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) and an internet connection — it doesn't load your CPU or GPU, because the actual mining happens on our farms.

No. The hardware runs in our data centers around the clock, and your hashrate keeps working while your PC is off. The app is your control panel: open it whenever you want to check stats, change wallets or switch the payout coin.

7 days free instead of $149 — the same features as the one-week plan, instant payouts included. No payment and no card, once per account. It ends on its own; after that you can renew for 7, 14 or 30 days.

Everything. The plan price covers the whole term: hashrate, electricity, cooling, maintenance, pool fees and network fees on payouts. There are no hidden maintenance charges deducted from your mining.

In your account, with crypto sent to our address: BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, DOGE, USDT or USDC. After sending, paste the transaction hash into the checkout window — we verify it on-chain and extend your access, usually within a few minutes. Your plan in the account updates on its own once the payment is confirmed.

No. We never charge you automatically — crypto payments only happen when you send them. If you renew before your plan ends, the new days are added on top of the remaining term, so you lose nothing by paying early.

For USDT and USDC, send the exact amount shown — if less arrives, the payment won't be credited automatically. Contact support with your transaction hash and we'll sort it out. Transfers made on a different network than the one selected in the checkout window usually can't be recovered, so always double-check the network before sending.

Instantly — mined coins are sent to the wallet linked in the app, with no withdrawal requests and no minimum threshold to reach. Payout currency is your choice: BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP or DOGE.

Yes, any time and as often as you like. You can link up to 10 wallets in the app and choose which one receives payouts. The change applies to the very next payout.

Ethereum switched to Proof-of-Stake in September 2022 — ETH mining no longer exists. XRP was fully issued from the start and is not mined. So we mine BTC, LTC and DOGE, and offer ETH and XRP as payout currencies: mined coins are converted at the market rate.

Litecoin and Dogecoin run on the same algorithm — Scrypt. With merged mining, the same hashrate mines both coins at once, with no loss on either.

On coin prices and network difficulty. Difficulty tends to rise over time and prices can fall, so returns are not guaranteed — the calculator shows an estimate based on current data.

Our engineers monitor every device 24/7. If a unit overheats or goes offline, your hashrate is moved to a working machine while it's being repaired. You can see the state of the farm — including your devices — in the Farm section of the app.

No. Mined coins go directly to your own wallet — we don't keep a balance for you. We will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase: anyone who does is a scammer, even if they claim to be from Nexfiwi.

Passwords are stored only as salted scrypt hashes, never in plain text. Sign-in attempts are rate-limited against brute force, and sessions use secure HttpOnly cookies. Use a unique password of at least 8 characters.

Message our support on Telegram from the account you use to contact us and tell us the email you signed up with. Once we confirm you own the account, we'll help you set a new password. Your plan and remaining days stay intact.
